Summit Finance Company Limited is managed by a team of seasoned professionals with many years of proven track record. The management team is ably led by the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Nicolas Nneji whose profile is as stated below.

 

Mr. Nicholas N. Nneji, B.Sc. (Hons) MBA, FCA, ACIT

 

Mr. Nneji holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Abia State University and also a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He also holds a complete Management Programme Certificate from the London Management Centre, United Kindgom.

 

Before joining Summit Finance, Mr. Nneji had worked for several years with Afribank Plc. and FBN Merchant Bankers Limited where he acquired extensive experience in treasury operations, financial control and assets management. He had also worked with FBN Capital Limited as Assistant Vice President and Head, Funds Management. He was the Vice President and Group Financial Controller at Assets and Resources Management Company Limited before he joined Summit Finance.

 

Mr. Johnbull A. Ovwigho, MBA, B.Sc., ACA, ACIT                                                                                                
Head (Financial Control)

 

Mr. Ovwigho holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, an MBA (Finance) from Lagos State University and currently running an executive M.Sc. Economics programme with University of Lagos. He is a seasoned Chartered Accountant (ACA and ACCA) and a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

 

Before joining Summit in April, 2008, he has worked with Jagal Nigeria Limited and Nepad Business Group, Nigeria where he gain extensive exposure in accounting, financial management and audit.

 

Mr. George Okorie, MBA, ACA, ACIT, HND

 

Mr. Okorie is an Accounting graduate of Federal Polytechnic Ida and an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from ESUT Business School, Lagos.

He started his career with Chartered Bank Plc in 1992 where he rose to the position of a Manager. He joined Hallmark Bank Plc in 2004 as a Financial Controller. After the banking consolidation programme in 2005, he went back to professional practice with Kalu Ndukwe Obewu & Co. a firm of Chartered Accountants/Consultants as a Senior Consultant. He joined Summit Finance in April 2008.

 

Mr. Adolphus I. Oduche, HND, ACA, AMNIM

 

Mr. Oduche holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Oko. He is an Associate member of the following professional bodies: Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN); Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM); Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria and Institute of Capital Market Registrars. He is also a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

 

Before joining SFC, he worked with Donald Agu & Co (Chartered Accountants). He has acquired vast experience in the Capital Market operations and currently the Head, Corporate Finance/Portfolio Management Services.

 

Mr. Godwin I. Mgbodile, HND, ACA, AMNIM

 

Mr. Mgbodile is an Accounting graduate of Institute of Management & Technology (IMT) Enugu. An Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and Nigerian Institute of Management. (NIM). He is also a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).

 

He joined Summit Finance in 2002 as an Executive Trainee and rose to become the current head of stockbroking department. Before joining SFC, he worked as a Marketing/Enumeration Officer with the then Nigeria Electric Power Authority (NEPA). He is very experienced in the capital market activities.

 

Mr. Paul N. Ekeanyanwu, BSc, ACA

 

Mr. Ekeanyanwu holds a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy from University of Lagos and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has over twenty years experience in Accounting, Consulting and Auditing of Financial Institution, Manufacturing and Parastatals.

 

Before joining SFC, he was with the firm of Alatta Nzewi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) where he carried out various audit and consultancy assignments. He is currently the Head of Risk Management and Audit. 

 

Mr. Opeyemi K. Adefila LL.B (Hons), B.L 

 

Mr. Adefila is a Law graduate of the University of Ilorin and was called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2006. Before joining Summit Finance Company he has been associate in the Law Firm of Dipo Durojaiye & Co. and State Counsel at the Oyo State Ministry of Justice, Ibadan where he acquired vast experience in General Legal Practice with special bias for Capital Market Solicitorship and wide experience in Legal documentation.
